When To Drop A Mobile Game (And Not Feel Bad)
We all keep games installed out of habit long after we've stopped enjoying them. Reviewing dozens of titles taught me to be ruthless about it, and honestly it made my phone more fun.
My test is simple: after two weeks, am I opening it because I want to, or because a badge is pestering me? If it's the badge, it's gone.
Another signal is dread. If launching a game feels like a chore instead of a break, that's your answer. Games are supposed to be the good part of the day.
Dropping a game isn't failure. It just means it wasn't for you, and there are hundreds more waiting. Your time is the only currency that actually matters here.
