Tidewatch Hollow

Tidewatch Hollow is an atmospheric adventure that leans on mood over action. You wander a fog-soaked coastal town, talk to odd locals, and slowly piece together what happened here. It's the kind of game you play with headphones in.

Puzzles are logical rather than obtuse, and the game gently nudges you if you're stuck instead of leaving you to wander for an hour. We finished it over three evenings and were sad when it ended.

If you want combat and stats, look elsewhere. If you want a story that unfolds at its own pace, this is a gem.
